Refund policy

At Craving Munchies, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality snacks every time.

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if:

• You receive a damaged package,
• You receive the wrong product,
• The product is defective or tampered with,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing cravingmunchies.in@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer either:

• A replacement product, or
• A full refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
